Qualifications - Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, Fore School of Management, New Delhi

With over 14 years of experience in sales, strategies, distribution and business development, Nishant has previously worked with the likes of RBS and Standard Chartered Bank.

He began his career in 2001 as part of the sales team at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance where he learnt concepts on systematic investment planning and facilitated his clients with ways to achieve their long-term wealth creation goals. At ABN Amro (now RBS) he set up an insurance channel for the organization’s Retail Banking clients in Delhi.. At Standard Chartered Bank, as Head of Bancassurance - North he led a team of insurance experts, assisting clients with long-term investment and retirement planning schemes. At the corporate office of Bharti Axa Life Insurance he was in-charge of channel and business development for their Direct Distribution Channel, developing expertise on strategy design for new businesses.

At Optamac Nishant brings his varied work experience to the table and has been instrumental in setting up the company’s initial strategic partners and offshore distribution processes, and strategies as well as channel and business development.

With over a decade of experience in sales, research and marketing, Kapil has also worked extensively in business development divisions, within the IT and wealth management sectors. He first joined M/s Technoflux Solutions Limited an IT company, as Manager, Business Development in 2003 handling clients from USA, UK and Australia. Through this profile he developed the ability to evaluate, negotiate and resolve financial, managerial, economic, organizational and marketing issues in the global context.

It was in 2007 that he first forayed into the real estate development sector on a national scale. He has been instrumental in sales, funds management, process management procurement and client interactions and satisfaction as well as execution of projects on a pan India level, ever since. At Optamac he brings on board his expertise in planning, process management, team management, Marketing and ensuring customer satisfaction through the company’s service offerings.

Kunal first began his career in 2001 with GE Capital International Services as part of their Asset Management division. His primary role was to facilitate various American financial institutions with financial allocation to GE Mutual Funds. Through this role he developed an expertise in financial management and was recognized for his ability to construct robust and successful portfolios for his clients.

He turned entrepreneur in 2005 when he launched his own Financial Consulting and Share Broking Company Gallop Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Here he used his expertise to get more than 200 High Net-worth clients for the firm in its early days. Within the next 5 years he was handling portfolios as large as Rs. 5 crore for an individual and clocking a monthly trading turnover of over Rs. 500 crores for the company.

In 2010 he joined his family business and started his first independent boutique luxury apartment project in South Delhi. His vision of a property that provides an uber luxurious lifestyle has become an inspiration for many developers who have forayed into the same market since. Kunal has diversified his family-owned real estate assets into various national and international locations, spanning across cities like Mumbai and Agra nationally to Manchester, Brisbane and Phnom Penh internationally.

Nitin began his career at ICICI Bank where he was responsible for the sale of investment products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, Gold Coins and Foreign Exchange to the bank’s HNI clients. He then forayed into the Real Estate market and began developing boutique houses in South Delhi. During the last decade, he has been actively involved in negotiations, land acquisitions, joint ventures, construction management, vendor management and purchase management aspects of the business. In 2011 he diversified into the field of agro-forestry and has developed over 100 acres of land in the last 4 years.

At Optamac, Nitin is in-charge of the company’s negotiations, client management, vendor management and process management functions. Additionally he has been utilizing his expertise to assist the company in setting-up and managing its operational processes and systems.
