Property Others
Highest gearing possible as banks will lend up to 80% of the value of the property. Gearing is more difficult in other passive investments and is generally restricted to 50% in the case of socks.
Gearing is not marked to Market, which means any change in the value of the collateral does not warrant a Margin Call from the lender. Gearing on stocks or commodities is marked to Market and may result in a Margin Call from the Lender.
Yields from Property are stable and long term, enabling you to plan your finances and repayment of mortgages. Dividends from Stocks are not predictable.
Excellent risk to reward proposition. Higher risk with the possibility of losing the entire capital.
