|Main purpose of Job
||Lead and create pipeline of prospective clients for offshore property sale to achieve sales and productive targets.
- Create customer pipeline for sales conversion
- Meet or exceed all business sales targets.
- Maximize sales and drive business growth by delivering initiatives and promotional programs for client acquisition.
- Act as a communication bridge between Optamac and client.
- Referral Partner network set up with quality empanelment.
- Maintaining business data for Referral Sales Partner.
- Act as facilitator to client for completion of all requisite documentation till
the completion of sale.
- To act as first point of contact for the client for all after sales services
- To manage and update client property portfolio/li>

|Qualification, Skills and Experience
- MBA / Post Graduation Diploma.
- Min 3 years of experience in sales in Financial / Real estate industry.
- Understanding of relevant legislation and compliance practices./li>
- Knowledge in sales management processes and wealth management.
- Experience in project management and sales training.
- Strong inter-personal, management and communication skills/li>
- Proficiency in English Language
