JOB TITLE: Relationship Manager- Sales
Division Sales
Location Delhi NCR
Reporting To Head - Distribution and Sales
Main purpose of Job Lead and create pipeline of prospective clients for offshore property sale to achieve sales and productive targets.
Key Accountabilities
  • Create customer pipeline for sales conversion
  • Meet or exceed all business sales targets.
  • Maximize sales and drive business growth by delivering initiatives and promotional programs for client acquisition.
  • Act as a communication bridge between Optamac and client.
  • Referral Partner network set up with quality empanelment.
  • Maintaining business data for Referral Sales Partner.
  • Act as facilitator to client for completion of all requisite documentation till the completion of sale.
  • To act as first point of contact for the client for all after sales services
  • To manage and update client property portfolio/li>
Key Customers Internal: Customer Service, Operations and Finance External : External Customers
Qualification, Skills and Experience
  • MBA / Post Graduation Diploma.
  • Min 3 years of experience in sales in Financial / Real estate industry.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation and compliance practices./li>
  • Knowledge in sales management processes and wealth management.
  • Experience in project management and sales training.
  • Strong inter-personal, management and communication skills/li>
  • Proficiency in English Language
