Investment Requirements
  • $500,000 USD preferred investor return @1.5% interest per annum.
  • $75,000 USD (60,000 USD as legal fee + $15,000 USD as US immigration fee for family of 3) total processing costs including US government legal fees.
  • Currently USIS fees are approximately $5,000 ($1,250*4) USD per person proposed to go up to $14,760 ($3,690*4) USD per person per application that will be borne by the investor. So far a family of 3 the proposal is to go up to $44,280 from the current $15,000.
  • All government filing fees to be paid by the immigrant. All checks made out to US Government Departments where possible directly.
  • All processing handled by a qualified legal representative and the company’s representative to expedite paper work requirements.
  • Investor site access & due diligence encouraged.
  • The above fees of US $60,000 fully covers the process to finish paperwork required for a green card.
  • Processing fee of US $60,000 is non-refundable incase of clear visa (conditional Green Card).
  • Full refund if visa denied because of developer default.
  • US $20,000 deducted if government fails to grant temp permit.
  • Partial refund if investor does not qualify.
